1. What products do you sell?

Healthy Body HQ specializes in premium wellness and recovery equipment. Our catalog includes barrel saunas, infrared and hybrid saunas, cold plunge tubs, and water chillers designed to elevate both health and lifestyle.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days from Monday to Friday. Once processing is complete, standard freight delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. For customers who select expedited freight (when available), delivery is generally completed within 2 to 5 business days after processing.

4. Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes. While we do not provide in-house financing, customers may use Shop Pay Installments at checkout to split their purchase into convenient payments, subject to eligibility and approval.

5. What is your return and refund policy?

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival or we shipped the incorrect product. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item, which typically takes up to 7 days. Please note that return, refund, and warranty policies may vary by brand, so we encourage you to review the individual product page for specific terms.

6. Are your products under warranty?

Yes. Many of our products are backed by manufacturer warranties that range from several months to multiple years, depending on the brand and product. Warranty details can be found on the product pages.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this information to follow your shipment until it arrives.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that time, processing begins and changes may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to adjust or cancel your order.

9. What if my order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@healthybodyhq.com so we can assist you. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or building management. If you still cannot locate the package, reach out to us for further support. For items that arrive damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of both the product and the packaging so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
