Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product. Most items ship within 3–7 business days. Larger items (like saunas or plunge tubs) may take 7–14 business days for delivery.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Not yet—but it’s coming soon!
We’re working on offering flexible financing options so you can split your purchase into manageable payments. Stay tuned—coming very soon!
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on most products. If you’re not completely happy, you can return eligible items in original condition for a refund. See our Return Policy for details.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to modify your order. Please contact support immediately if you need assistance.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
