Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 31, 2025

At Healthy Body HQ, your satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are large freight items, we work closely with our manufacturer partners to ensure safe delivery and transparent return processes. Please review the policy below carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund.
  • After 24 Hours: Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible, and the standard return process applies.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Returned products must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts included.
  • Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, assembled, or used.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Products not in original packaging.

4. Return Costs and Fees

All returns are subject to the following:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from the warehouse.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Additional Fees:

  • Redelivery (if delivery attempt fails): $95 for the 2nd attempt, $150 for the 3rd.
  • Storage at freight terminal: $125 per day after the 3rd day.
  • Address change after shipment: $85 (same city) / $150+ (different city).

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Refunds are issued only after the product has been returned to the warehouse, inspected, and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of inspection.
  • Method: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • Must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers should provide photos/videos of the damage or error.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to the customer.

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under U.S. consumer protection laws.
