  • Freight Shipping (Saunas & Large Items): Shipping varies depending on the model, size, and delivery location. Exact costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Available on select promotional items or accessories when specified on the product page.
  • International Shipping (Outside USA):
    Currently unavailable.
  • Customs and Duties:
    All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if international shipping becomes available in the future).

4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Standard Freight Delivery: 5–10 business days after processing, depending on location.
  • Expedited Freight Delivery (where available): 2–5 business days.

8. Delivery Issues & Freight Deliveries

8.1 Pre-Call and Delivery Appointments

  • For large freight items such as saunas:
  • A pre-call will be conducted before shipment is released. Our team will confirm the delivery address and the customer’s best contact phone number.
  • The freight carrier will contact the customer directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

8.2 Delivery Conditions

  • Curbside Delivery Only: All freight shipments are curbside only. Drivers are not responsible for moving items into homes, garages, or backyards.
  • Delivery Accessibility: Not all addresses are serviceable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery location is accessible to large trucks.
    • Please notify us if the delivery address has dirt roads, dead-ends, narrow lanes, steep driveways, or other special access issues before placing an order.
    • Failure to disclose may result in additional fees, delays, or cancellations.

8.3 Delayed or Lost Packages

If tracking indicates delivery but the package is missing:

  • Confirm your shipping address.
  • Check with neighbors/building management.
  • Contact us for resolution.

8.4 Damaged Packages

  • Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
  • Report damage within 14 days with photos of both packaging and product.
  • We will work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund.

If items are missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Provide your order number and missing item details.
  • We will promptly investigate and ship replacements or issue refunds.

10. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.
    • We cover costs if the error is ours.
  • Refunds: Issued within 14 days after receiving returned items, to the original payment method.
